At Gioseppo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain your unique Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box and secure it inside a shipping carton to ensure the items remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your original package over the old delivery details and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
